About the Club

AVC is a high level club for dedicated athletes who are committed to our philosophy of hard work, dedication, teamwork, and a genuine desire to be the very best you can be. As part of the AVC family you receive ongoing support, coaching and assistance with the college recruiting process throughout your AVC career.  AVC is starting their 8th year in Marin County.  In 7 short years, AVC has become a top club in California, receiving national recognition.
The Absolute Volleyball Club’s purpose is to provide quality same system training throughout the player’s years at Absolute. This will maximize each player’s potential and they will always be adding to the foundation that was laid the previous season. AVC will teach the student athlete in a challenging yet fun and supportive environment. The age specific strength and conditioning program will allow the AVC player to be the best they can be.
Absolute Volleyball Club focuses on the individual and the team game. Learning how to be a great teammate is just as important as a highly skilled player. With the tools that AVC teaches, our players compete successfully at the highest level regionally, nationally and are prepared to take the next step at the collegiate level.

Noteworthy Coaches

The AVC staff is led by husband and wife duo, Konrad Ott and Katie Pease.  Together they bring a disciplined yet caring approach to all aspects of the program.
They are two of the most successful coaches in Northern California history at the high school and club level.
With a combined 30 years of club, high school and collegiate coaching experience Katie and Konrad have 15 NCS titles, 28 League Titles, 8 Nor-Cal appearances and a high school coaching record of 965 – 195.
