About the Club
Red Rock Volleyball Club offers power teams and premier (area) teams during the indoor club volleyball season. The process starts by Red Rock Volleyball Club having open gyms in October each year. This allows players and parents to meet the Red Rock coaching staff. Following open gyms are tryouts the first weekend in November. Tryouts are typically two to three hours in duration which allows the coaches to evaluate the players. Once tryouts are completed and players are selected, the Rock Club Volleyball season starts in mid-November and runs until June or July depending on the team. Age requirements for these tryouts are for girls grades 4th through 12th grade. Red Rock teaches beginners who have never played before, intermediate players looking to move to the next level, and advanced players wanting to focus on fine tuning their game. Practices are at our 5-court facility in Redwood City called the SportsHouse.
