Course Description:

This is a repeating class. See alternate dates, times and locations.
Each weekly two-hour class will be roughly one-hour of drills and one-hour of play.
Fun, game-like drills, using the nets, maximizing ball contacts and opportunity for feedback from the coach. Skills taught are team-play oriented with a fun practice/play atmosphere. Second hour of class is team play, with six-person teams practicing offensive and defensive systems (6-0 / 4-2 / 6-2 offense, perimeter defense, reading/adjusting).
Positive, supportive, learning environment. No attitudes allowed!
